It was my lucky day when I was referred to Gerber for a minor collision repair. That was a month ago. I was very pleased with the job they did, and particularly with the courtesy afforded me by the entire staff. I left smiling. Then today, I noticed somebody had reversed into my car, and the sparkling bumper that I was so happily smiling about a short month ago was now sporting a large dent. I immediately drove to Gerber and was met on the doorstep by a man who recognized me, and at my request took a look at the back end of my car. Within an hour I was out of there, the dent had disappeared and they refused payment. I am now smiling again and am telling all I meet about the amazing service at Gerber Collision. It began as an ordinary trip to the grocery store. As I was parking, I looked at my side mirror. It had become unhinged and barely on it's base. I was very upset. I prayed to God for guidance. I drove to snuffer school road an saw Gerber & Collision and Glass. I pulled in saying to myself over and over "Thank you lord". With mirror in hand I was warmly greeted by the staff. I told her of my situation and she smiled and said, I'll get someone to help you right away. About fifteen minutes later, Mr.Ron Santos greeted me with a handshake and a smile. Today my son took his 2011 chevy equinox to get an estimate on a repair to the front valance bumper, & Ron the technician performed the work. He was able to use the original bumper, & attach it to the car. Ron, our technician, refused to accept any payment for his service & kindness to us, & we can not say enough how appreciative we are, especially since my son was laid off from his job, several months ago, & I was going to pay for the repair. I would have no hesitation in recommending GERBER COLLISION to anyone who needs glass/repair services on their cars. We have used GERBER COLLISION several times in the past yrs., on both of our cars. Moreover, the timeliness with which Anthony handled my car repair was impressive and much appreciated. I also extend my appreciation to Ilyana L, superb customer service, handled my rent from Enterprise with aplomb, and informed me with precision about the insurance paper work process; and kept me in the loop throughout. My estimate was thorough and showed everything in detail on the paperwork. My car was done earlier than expected. I like to say thank you to the general manager, Joon B. Anthony, who gave my estimate. Ilyana L, the customer service representative who took care of any of my needs. Alonzo who put my car in front so it would be easier for me to leave which meant a lot. These guys do excellent work! I brought my car in for repairs on the top and both sides of the car from a branch falling on it. Gale was prompt and courteous with setting up my appointments and rental car. Todd was outstanding with his attention to detail and professionalism in handling the actual repairs. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the final job. I would definitely go back for more work and recommend it to anyone!
