My wife's car was damaged when a trailer being towed by a pickup truck got too close to her car while stopped at a gas pump. Allstate referred us to Gerber Collision & Glass to estimate the damage and do the repairs. We chose to use their service because Allstate guaranteed the work. We are very happy with the results. We highly recommend Gerber Collision and will not hesitate to use their service if needed in the future.

Exceptional company! Contacted me often to keep me apprised of the work on my car and estimated time of finishing the repair. Office staff very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. Even with the Christmas holidays, my car was finished and ready for pick up days before the original estimated finish date. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs collision work!

I was told my car would take three weeks because they had such a high volume and was really disappointed. However it ended up taking two weeks and they made sure to call and update every time something changed. I got my car back today and it looks perfect!

I don't know if it's training, systems, or hiring the right people. Whatever it is, keep it up. You're doing everything right. I was also impressed by the facility. Not your typical grungy body shop.

As far as I can tell the auto body work was done well. However, the person who provided the initial estimate was talking about "helping me" instead of fixing my car, when all I was there for in the first place was an estimate. I did go back and get the car repaired there since my insurance company uses the shop and they seemed to do a good job. Also, why is it necessary to click submit to provide feedback?
