Excellent customer service, second to none. From the person at the front desk, to Dwayne R., Estimator and Shabeer A., manager, I couldn't have asked for any better service for my car. I was kept informed from the time I dropped off my vehicle to pickup. The body work/repairs (I hit a deer) were perfect and the SUV spotless when I picked up. Do not hesitate to use Gerber on 6th. I hope I don't need them in the future but if the need arises they will be my go to shop.

Staff was very easy to work with. I had a family member in Hospice in Pa and had to make an unplanned trip. Gerber allowed me to bring my car in for repair while I was out of state. I did not have to make arrangements for a rental and the repair was completed before I returned to Gainesville.

I would like to change my survey to all 10"s for this location. I blamed the staff of poor quality repairs but I was wrong. They took their time to bring me back to the shop and look at my vehicle and found the noise coming from the muffler and rubbers worn out, they changed it for me at no cost. I am very thankful. Thank you to all those that were involved.

I usually don't take the time to do reviews but definitely thought this was worth it, customer service was excellent!! Shabeer was the person who I was in contact with upon arrival and he walked me through everything. I had previously spoke to a lady named Jess she was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me and even setting up my appointment. When I arrived Shabeer talked with me and then another man Dwayne come and did the estimate and walked the vehicle thoroughly explaining everything to me. I thought it was very professional that they helped me all while explaining the process of what would take place next. Shabeer was in contact with me giving me updates on vehicle status.
