Being new to the area, I didn't know where to turn to have my car repaired after hitting a deer. Gerber was recommended to me and I am so glad I chose them. The customer service experience from Gerber at this location was amazing. The receptionist and the guy that took care of my case, I believe his name was James, did above and beyond. At the last minute I added more stuff I wanted done to the car and they were more than willing to get it done. James even gave me his phone number to keep in more direct contact with my situation and to give me more exact updates. I feel like my car was not rushed with not good work yet it was done in a timely manner with amazing work done to it. James even sent back a part because he was not happy with it and wouldn't want it on my car. I did have a hiccup with the condition my car was returned in with compound being left on it when I got it back, but after talking with James they went above and beyond I'm getting that off. Worked great with me for initial appointment. Got work done ahead of promised time saving me money on rental. On pick up day was Kelsey was very helpful checking with me that everything was finished well making sure that all my questions were answered. Informed me that if I had any other questions after leaving to be sure and call so they could help answer them. Couldn't have ask for better service at this location.

Car was repaired for door panel damage. Received a call from Gerber that my car was ready. I pulled into the lot and checked my car. The repair was absolutely perfect. I could not find the location of the damge. Paint match was perfect. Employees were very friendly and helpful. To top everything off, they cleaned my car. It needed it. Thank you, Gerber!
