Fantastic Customer Service! Took our very nice and clean 1993 GMC Sierra in to have rear bumper replaced. They observed the great condition of our truck. The bumper they got in for replacement had small defect. We were contacted and informed as such. They rejected that bumper in search for a better bumper. They were not satisfied with the next two bumpers either. They finally located a bumper worthy of our truck. They did not accept any plow quality bumper and that resulted in much satisfaction for us and the truck! Thanks for going above and beyond excellent customer service!

I was very pleased with the service received from Gerber's. The agent explained exactly what would be done to repair my vehicle. Although it took several weeks to actually get the car in for service, the repairs were completed in 3 days. When I got the car back, not only was the bumper repaired but the interior of the car had been thouroughly cleaned. I was very surprised and thankful for the great job. I will definitely use this company again, if necessary and wouldn't hesitate to refer others.

I picked Gerber Collision because it was in Progressives Network. I also liked knowing that they backed their work with a warranty. I can be a picky person, but I'm really glad I picked them! Recently I got into a small accident causing some damage to my rear bumper. All parties involved (Progressive, Geico, Enterprise, and Gerber) were all great and on top of keeping me in the loop. The process was short, sweet, and simply. I am very happy with the outcome of their work. The bumper shows no signs of the scuffs/ scratches and the color match is perfect!
