I had such a seamless experience with the Gerber team. I had never had to get work like this done on a vehicle, much less deal with insurance before, and the Gerber team was so helpful in guiding me through every step of the process. I knew exactly what to expect and when. They were very communicative, giving me frequent updates on my vehicle. Everyone I encountered was so friendly and helpful, especially Thea and Stephanie. When it came time to pick up my vehicle it looked amazing. I would absolutely come here again.

I would like to make mention of two women working there, Stephanie, (estimator,) and Kelly CSR I honestly have to say I felt like I was with family and friends. They treated me so kindly. Everything was explained to me and they made sure that I understood everything! . Both women were very attentive to answering all my questions.
