Kim (at the front desk) and Theresa (adjuster) were fantastic. They took excellent care of me and my vehicle and made sure to keep me informed of the status. Even though USAA sent me automated messages that kept me informed, Kim went the extra mile and called me to make sure my expectations for completion were in line with the actual shop's timeline, since USAA might not have had all of the same knowledge of my car's status that she had which also gave me the opportunity to ask questions from an actual human! When I thought my mother had dropped her driver's licence in the car, Theresa took the time to look for it, which I really appreciated. Theresa informed me that they had to order three different bumpers because the first two aftermarket replacements arrived at the shop damaged. The third was OEM and flawless. She really exemplified ... "customer service" and was a pleasure to work with. I'm glad I moved my vehicle from Woodbridge to Fredericksburg and had the help and support of Kim and Theresa. I'll recommend their shop to anyone I know who needs body work done. The quality of the work (outstanding) and the high standards for customer service made driving a little farther and sitting in traffic on I-95 totally worth it. Give those two a raise! read more
