I dealt with Antony who kept me informed every step of the body repair. Even though additional work was needed the car was returned the day of the original estimate. this was 7 days earlier than what was needed for the additional repairs. The cost estimate was accurate and accepted by my insurance compony. The car looks bring new with the workmanship impeccable. I would highly recommend Antony and his repair crew to everyone. I am a very happy satisfied customer.

I have visited this Gerber location twice in the last twelve months for fender scrapes that left ugly paint marks from another object or car on my left front fender. Both times the GM, most recently Francisco A. met with me, evaluated the damage and gave me superior service. After each visit and buffing of the paint marks my car looked like it was brand new. Francisco's affable and professional demeanor and personality are a credit to Gerber Collision and Glass and I would highly recommend them for any collision or glass service you may need. Their the best I have ever dealt with!

The entire office was amazing! They were friendly and knowledgeable. Bk was helpful and able to help me make informed decisions. I hated dealing with the other insurance company but BK and the office made this situation so much better. Definitely customer service orientated!
