I am extremely happy with the quality of the repair and the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service I received during my recent visit to this facility. EVERYONE was so friendly and so accommodating to my needs. My incident was strictly a small bumper repair but it was done so quickly and then my truck was even washed...inside and out! Hopefully I will not ever need collision repair again but if I do, I will definitely return to this facility. Thank you.

my car was fixed in a jiffy! i have had my car repaired twice at Gerber and the work they do is amazing! this last time i had rear damage to my car and they decided to buff my entire car instead of just where the damage was! i would also like to mention that the employees at Gerber are very kind and caring. i would and will recommend Gerber collision & glass to ALL my friends and family!

I needed a ride to pick it up and a nice fella, Paul, was right on time and provided that service. He expressed pride in working for Gerber. The admin ladies are very friendly and helpful. Everyone I dealt with at Gerber provided excellent customer service, I worked with Ruth Burgess primarily - and she was friendly and accurate with her price quote and estimated time of repair. Also, the receptionists were excellent. I was very impressed with the quailty of service as well. The extra toch of cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle is outstanding! I would highly 'wreck'-ommend Gerber Collision to my friends and family.

We chose Gerber at the suggestion of our insurance company, Chubb. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. If we had to have a collision with a deer, we couldn't have chosen a better company to use. The work is perfect - everything was taken care of and we were kept up to date on the progress. We'd recommend them to anyone.
