From warm office greeting, to timely repairs updates via the comfort of my device, rental car pickup to and from, to repairs done 2 days earlier than promised. - Can't get that anywhere! Excellent customer experience. Wendy kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle throughout its repair and coordinated seamlessly with Enterprise regarding my rental. She also coordinated discrepancies with my insurance carrier to ensure that I got the highest quality parts available for my repair without me having to get involved. To put icing on the cake, I found out that they also took my vehicle for an alignment the day before I got it back adding to the value of their work. My repair was an extensive one that required very specialized parts and labor. When I received my vehicle back, the repair was flawless and also clean on the inside and outside. I found their work to be of the highest professionalism and their communication to be thorough.

Dennis provided class "A" service. This Gerber Collision is the best shop in the area. Everyone in the shop is extremely polite and knows their job. Starting from the receptionist to all the employees they make you feel welcome. Dennis kept me informed of the whole process. My car look amazing. I highly recommend them.

I requested that my insurance company to take my car here after my crash. They are professional and quick to answer any questions you need answered. When I picked up my vehicle, Mely A. explained the replacements and repairs. Not only was she nice and professional, but she has a great personality and made it easier to understand the warranties. I hope I don't get into another incident, but if I do I will always come to you guys.
