I brought my Rav 4 to Gerber at the suggestion of my insurance company. I was rear ended by someone at a stop light. They were very professional and brought my car back to original condition in less than a week. Exceptional job done in record time. Highly recommended. I will definitely use them again if I am so unfortunate. Paint was perfectly matched as well.

I had a wonderful experience at this Gerber location. Kelly at the front desk was responsive, polite, and made scheduling efficient. When my rental car company didn't show up to pick me up as scheduled, she even drove me there herself. Great customer service! My estimator Kelly was equally wonderful, delivering my completed vehicle ahead of schedule. I hope to not need collision repair again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely return to the Melbourne (Hibiscus) Gerber!

I loved my experience at Gerbers. The office staff was so polite! They answered all of my questions. Sierra walked me around the car and inspected it thoroughly. I was given a very clear plan if action. Every day I received a call or a text with an update about my car. It was done in less than a week even though the estimate was for two weeks. I have already referred people to Gerbers and will continue to do so in the future!

Had some discrepancies had some discrepancies with service writer I dropped the truck off with. Upon completion and picking up the manager approached me asked me some questions told him my concerns. Took me outside we discussed it and I left satisfied. Extremely happy with the manager Jeremiah he made me feel confident in the repair and the service that I got. A huge thanks to Jeremiah.
