My truck had extensive damage. The original time expected for repairs was 28 days. Gerber returned my truck in like new condition within 10 working days. The staff was very friendly and professional and was updated on the status of my truck daily. If I ever need repairs again, I'm coming back to Gerber. Very Happy Customer

Received my sons vehicle back in a weeks time in perfect condition after a collision repair. This location was the most professional, timely and friendly service I have received to date. They kept me updated on a regular basis as to the status of the repairs and came in right on time with the repair. Almost make you want to ding your vehicle, just to take it back there. lol In all seriousness, this was actually the most pleasurable experience I have ever had with any service. Thank you and hope not to have to see you again but if needed, I will be back.

Wow and wow. The service and staff were outstanding, from Melissa and the 2 Kelly's and Pam in the front office to Jeff who did the repairs and all the others I didn't get a chance to meet!!! You all outdid yourselves! I have bragged about you to everyone so get ready for more work to come your way. I am beyond pleased with the results and customer service. Keep it up and even when sitting in the office and listening to the girls answering the phones...their enthusiasm and passion for their job reached through the phone call. That was nice to see and hear. You did good everyone!!!
