if I could leave 10 stars, I definitely would. I went to the state Road 16 location Miss Robin was the most delightful lady I've ever met in a long time, especially while dealing with accident repairs that weren't my fault. I was kept up-to-date by text. My rental car was there when I arrived to drop my car off. The ease of everything was so simple for me Erik contacting another auto repair place, which never called me back at all.. The repairs were done meticulously my car looked brand new. I couldn't be happier, so thank you to all who worked on it. You did an incredible job job. The timing was much shorter than I thought would be, and you kept me up-to-date every step of the way.. I'd highly recommend Gerber someone recommended them to me and I'm sorry I did not go there first but I'm so glad I did wind up there. They were very professional and brought my car back to original condition in less than a week. Exceptional job done in record time. Highly recommended. I had a wonderful experience at this Gerber location. Kelly at the front desk was responsive, polite, and made scheduling efficient. When my rental car company didn't show up to pick me up as scheduled, she even drove me there herself. Great customer service! My estimator Kelly was equally wonderful, delivering my completed vehicle ahead of schedule. I hope to not need collision repair again in the future, but if I do, I will absolutely return to the Melbourne (Hibiscus) Gerber!
