I have nothing but great things to say about my experience. While there were a couple flaws with the initial work performed, General Manager (Rob) and Crew Supervisor (Stephanie) jumped right into getting it resolve promptly and effectively. They showed true care and empathy all along, always making me feel like they were on my side...and they were. Not only did they arrange a rental vehicle for me free of charge during the entire time that the re-work was being done, but they also went above and beyond to make sure that I left completely happy with the results. I will definitely recommend them!!!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was nice that the computer system send me a text to tell me that my car was ready. The body work was completed but they needed to detail the car. The staff clean up the car as fast as they could and I was appreciated of the effort.
