And upon meeting Tom, I knew she was correct...he is simply amazing! Not only was I immediately impressed with his knowledge regarding my repair, but his love for his craft and his company came through in spades. From that point on, my mind was at ease, and his regular update calls kept me "in the loop" and confident that my car was in good hands. Tom took the time to set the proper expectations and then proceeded to exceed those expectations. When called to pick up my car, I couldn't wait to see the result.
