Everyone was very friendly. They made the process very smooth. Anything I noticed that wasn't quite right when I picked my car up was fixed immediately. I would definitely recommend Gerber to others. Tom was especially helpful during the pick up process.

This is my 2nd visit to this location, and the body work done on my car is fantastic. The attention to detail and level of communication by this very friendly staff is exceptional, and continually exceeds my expectation. The Geico Rep was awesome and very friendly/informative as well. When I dropped off they also noticed my battery was sluggish, and warned me of the problem. I went and purchased a battery, and one of the technicians (Charlie) actually installed it for me while the car was there. Amazing service!!!! I can't thank this individual and team for going out of their way to make sure my car was in the best shape it could be, and how they offered to lend this additional hand to me. Gerber did a great job. Tom S. could see that the repair only required repair of the existing fender. Another auto shop wanted to replace the fender. Even with using a used fender, the other auto shop's estimate was twice that of Gerber's estimate. Gerber kept me informed of the car's progress and finished the job when they had predicted. Gerber even cleaned the car. I'm very satisfied with the work of Tom and Gerber. I would highly recommend Gerber!

This is the second time I have been to Gerber collision for repairs due to someone hitting my 2006 Chevrolet trailblazer and I couldn't be more pleased With the work and customer service I received. Shawn G. was so great kept me up to date on everything just like the first visit I had a few month prior, and my truck just sparkled couldn't even tell I was ever hit .Thank you for a great experience I will always recommend my family and friends!

Thank you for the excellent customer service we received. They handle the insurance claim , and also gave us an estimate on some other repairs that were needed . Very happy with the job done . Thank you to the guys that worked on the car , the manager and Judy was wonderful. Communication was great . The car was ready as promised . Great job .

The staff at Gerber were so nice and kind in helping me get my car fixed. Everyone from Virginia (receptionist) to Matthew (estimator) made my time at Gerber so easy. I had a minor accident and was without a car for a few days. It was such a comfort knowing that my car was getting 1st rate service. I appreciate all the calls and texts keeping me informed about the status of my car. My car looks brand new!! If I happen to be in another accident (no time soon I hope) I will definitely use Gerber.
