My right front fender got scraped in a parking lot, nothing major. I took it to 2 auto body places and both gave me written estimates over $1,300. My third estimate was from Amy at Gerber, and it was less than $200. Amy explained they were going to try a simple solution first, before resorting to removing the fender for more extensive work. That was the reason there was such a difference in the quotes. The car turned out fine, and the charge was even far less than Gerber quoted initially. Excellent customer service from Amy and Gerber. Highly recommended!

I was sent to Gerber by my insurance company after an accident. However as it was the other drivers fault, I had to go through their insurance. Shabeer A. recommended I go directly to an onsite adjuster as my car was not safe to drive. He gave me their name and address and within 2 hours my claim was processes and i was in a rental car. I am truly grateful to Shabeer for all his help and advice. He even followed up with me even though I didn't end up being a customer. He went above and beyond and its pretty rare to find customer service like this. Highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them in the future.
