Darlene was exceptionally helpful and considerate prior to and during the time of repairs. My situation was unique in that the owner of the vehicle was overseas on military deployment. Darlene did everything she could to make it an easy process for me. It was such a relief to have a friendly voice on the other end of the phone during such a stressful time. The repairs were exceptional as well but the customer service really made the difference. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerber Collision.

Very pleased with the finished repair to my new truck. It looks new again! Sam, Ray, and the crew did a great job. The repairs were done on time and done right the first time. The paint matches perfectly and all of the body lines are perfect. You can't tell it was ever damaged. Thank you, and I will recommend your shop.

unexpected pleasure.......went in today to get a est. for some body work to see if i should make a claim with my insurance. i was greeted as soon as i opened my car door. and i explained my issue after looking at it they said they could fix it within a hour and thirty minutes..... i was able to relax comfortably and within one hour and twenty minutes they was done even washed my car for me. The work done to the car was flawless. I couldnt even tell there was any damage at all. and the cost was more then fair for the work that was done........they have made me a life long customer...they have a great team there. from the service desk to to the person that fixed my issue....

The paint on the hood of my 2005 silverado had blistered and was flaking off. The remaining paint was fine. The gerber crew did a beautiful job on the hood and even touched up the few nicks and scrapes.

George was super. I was going out of town on Monday and everyone went the extra mile to get my car back to me before I left. That was the best service. My car looks fabulous. They washed and vacuumed it also. If you need a repair done and done right , you won't go wrong by taking your car to Gerber Collision in Deland.

I was extremely pleased with service I received in the repainting of my Murano rear bumper. The receptionist was extremely courteous and helpful and the estimator, Shabeer was both courteous and knowledgeable....and...of course...the re-paint job on the bumper was excellent. I'd use Gerber Collision anytime I needed vehicle repair.

I own a Nissan Sentra and at the recommendation from my Nissan dealership, I had my car repaired at Gerber Collision in Deland. This was my first auto accident with repairs in 50 years so needless to say I was nervous. Jon A. was the estimator that helped me and he went above and beyond to make my experience the best it could be. Not only Jon, but every single person in this location is so incredibly nice, helpful and the utmost best customer service I have had in a long time. Customer service these days is a rarity but your staff and especially Jon, are definitely delivering. You should be very proud of this location in Deland Florida!!! I have been telling everyone how amazing they are and highly recommending them to others. I will definitely use Gerber Collision for all my future needs.
