We used Gerber two years ago by being recommended by Central Florida Toyota, when a neighbor hit our Truck. We were so satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism we decided to use Gerber again after getting rear ended by a woman. We were very satisfied once again. We would highly recommend anyone to use Gerber Collision and Glass.

From first call contact, then point of reception (welcoming, processing and scheduling), then the friendly demeanor, courtesy and professionalism of estimator (Lester), then drop off to pick up, the entire experience was pleasant. An important factor for comfort when turning its possession over to strangers; considering that -in my case- my car's (the White Knight) outstanding appearance is meticulously maintained, so you wonder: will it look as well as it did before the accident? To my relief, it does. Thank you.

So much I can say about this location. Everyone was very friendly & concerned about my vehicle as if it was their car. Over eight days, I received email updates & phone calls from the reps at this location. You all put customer service back in the word customer service. I do not know the last time I received such an awesome experience without being so agitated when I finished. Please give my thanks, once again to this location for going over beyond with my Audi A4. Over satisfied customer. :)
