Rose was wonderful in keeping me updated on the status of the car. Yeira was able to obtain the rental for us very quickly. They made what could have been an unpleasant process enjoyable. The car was gleaming when they returned it to us. They had even taken care of some things that I had mentioned bothered us so the car was better than new. The team went above and beyond.
