I am very pleased with my experience with Gerber Collision. Leah H. was absolutely wonderful, she keep me posted on everything that was going on regarding the repair to my vehicle! I would take my vehicle back to Gerber with out a though! I would recommend this location to anyone who is in need or repair as well. 5 star service!

I had rear fender damage when a two car accident behind me made its way up to my truck and hit me. Gerber was one of the recommended repair companies on the list from their insurance company. It took 4 days to repair and I picked up my truck Saturday and I must say that they did an excellent job. All the people I dealt with were very friendly. I would recommend Gerber to anyone looking to have a vehicle repaired.

I have been involved in the Auto Sales Business for over 15 years! Never have I experienced such professionalism and empathetic thoughtfulness from a modern and high tech collision repair facility. Customer service was it's strongest suit which. In this day when personal & professional customer service is rare, Gerber Collision and Glass/ Gainesville is in a class by its self. Best Regards

From my first call i was inform by the young lady how the process of the claim also she explained from beginning to how they will take care of the claim all i had to do was sign Mr. R. and Mr. H. took care of everything my vehicle looks like nothing ever happened great facility great service this is the best shop I recommend this shop thank you for your service.

Gerber Collision, had my car for quite some time after a drunk driver decided to hit me and take off . There was some complications with parts that came in the order but I was understanding because I warned them about how much bad luck Ole Butter Scotch has. The back driver side door was completely dented and they repaired the damages . A few scratches and dents all over the rest of the body they also fixed and re painted. I was very pleased when I received my car back that they kindly got her detailed inside and out for me??. A special thanks to Darrall E.?? , for all the blood sweat and tears he put into her. She was definitely probably one of the hardest projects you had to deal with. Thank you for everything , to him and the astounding Gerber team.
