The Melbourne East Hibiscus Blvd branch is a very efficient well run shop. Both the processes and people are top notch. Went to the two preferred shops for my insurance company as well as here to have my 2004 Honda Odyssey rear bumper replaced. The estimator Kelly F. caught damage that was missed by one of the preferred shops. The other preferred shop I couldn't even get an appointment from. In contrast, Kelly had me in and out in 20 minutes for the estimate. She also took pictures to save me an extra trip back to get the assignment from my insurance company. The repair was done such that you couldn't tell the bumper was replaced and done faster than promised. The attention to detail in every step of the process was outstanding. This was as close to a hassle free experience you can have considering your dealing with an accident repair.

Normally with good service I would only acknowledge once.... however, Gerber Wesley Chapel exceeded all expectations. Previously on my feedback I stated that upon picking up my vehicle the service person noted the air bag light on and with that concern suggested not releasing the vehicle until this was checked out. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience and delay. since this was on Saturday nothing could be done until Monday. On Monday we were contacted and informed there was a problem with the passenger airbag sensor and they were in the process of locating the part as quickly as possible....once again their apologies. I received a call at 5:23 that the vehicle was ready. I immediately drove the few minutes over and not only was my vehicle ready and waiting, but they took care of the return of my rental car....plus announcing they ... would pay the 2 days additional on the rental because of the delay. I definitely did not expect that and explained to them that this was not necessary, but they insisted. So to anyone looking for great repairs coupled with honesty, integrity, and efficiency above and beyond I can without hesitation recommend Gerber Collision Wesley Chapel, FL. Well , i had a very unexceptional experience today and i want to share. 1st, a bicyclist rode into the side of the bumper on my car and broke the thing that hold the bumper up. I was told $300 to fix it but i didn't think that could possible be right. Of course,Im a woman so ive been driving around with it for quite sometime and refused to bother anymore of these body shops. Id recently repair my ac at my mechanic and inquired about fixing my bumper, they sent me to this body shop that their owner also owned. I went there and was told they dont do these petty jobs.I wasn't begging I also spent thousand of dollars at the said owner mechanic shop. I frequently drive on this street and say the name GERBER COLLISION before so i thought id try my luck and was extremely surprise. I walked in and there was this very pleasant young lady behind ... the desk. I told her my issue. Immediately she seeked help and ask (ANTHONY D.) to assist me. he promptly came to look at my car and in minutes my bumper was fixed and looking really nice.a very good feeling. Anthony d. care about me as a person and care that it was a little old care. Anthony didn't charge me so i offered a $10 dollar tip for the service guy. That could buy his lunch the next day. I'm sure but he wouldn't take the money and said he'll take care of the service guy for me. SO A BIG" WOW" FOR (GERBER COLLISION & GLASS) FT MYERS FL..and i wont hesitate to make referrals.
