Mark, the Estimator, was fantastic; he took care of everything with regard to my insurance, was very helpful and was in constant communication with me until I picked up the car. Victoria at reception has great energy, very nice to deal with. I would highly recommend this location.

My experience at Gerber Collision of Wesley Chapel was nothing less than superior. From the minute I walked into the door to the day I came back to pickup my car everything was professional. I felt cared for by Larry from the minute he took my case. He kept me updated and in the loop with every step that needed to be made. When I had questions , he answered me honestly and completely. When the situation had options he guided my through my decisions so I made the best decision for myself and my car. So for that I can honestly say, "That Larry is awesome." Larry and that staff are all just simple great.

Ms. Kelly was very professional, taking the time to thoroughly explain the process of service on my Honda Pilot. Would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone in a heartbeat. The top sliding door guide to my 1999 chevy work van had separated from door. The screws had fallen out. I chose Gerber because I had years ago gone to them. Victor M. was able to repair the door as a "work in". He was awesome and I respect him for his kindness and Gerber. I thank them so much.
