Recently I had my car brought to the your facility for repairs to the right Ft. wheel. Your staff and the repairs on my veh. were great. Rosa & Yaira were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. Their communication was great in keeping me posted on where my car was in the repair process. There was one delayed that was caused by my insurance company that once again your staff communicated to me vs. someone from insurance. I have already recommended two friends that are looking for some minor body work and paint on their veh. Again thank you again to your staff, and for great customer service during a difficult time.

I have been putting off having repairs done to my 2003 Dodge Ram. The cab roof needed to be painted. Previous painting was done to the hood of my truck by Gerber Collision over a year ago and I was very pleased. After talking with Tom S., I knew that my truck repairs would be perfect and they were! The updates regarding the repair status was excellent. Tom took care of all aspects of the repair and my truck was delivered on time!

I cannot believe how well I was treated on a repaint/ warranty repair!! Derek is one of the best at customer service that I've ever seen, and I've been in customer service my whole life ( 68 yrs) !!!! My truck looked a lot better when I picked it up than it did when I bought it!! It was done earlier than promised and looks fantastic!! Than you very much!!!

Fortunately I have not had too much experience with collision repair but I recently had to have some damage repaired. Gerber was very impressive. The environment was clean and pleasant. Jessica was efficient and a delight to work with. The car looked like it just came out of the showroom. Overall great service.
