We had a great experience with this company! The communication and personnel (Kelly Ford) were Outstanding!! We were kept informed of each step of the progress with texts and phone calls! No guessing about what was going on! The car was completed a week prior to what was expected! Gerber is an awesome shop to work with! A terrific experiemce after a bad accident . The crew at Gerber was so friendly, kind, empathetic and did an awesme job on the repairs ! Cassidie the Estimater folloiwed and updated twice a week for what was being done and delivery time, which ended up days ahead of schedule . Paige at the Front Desk was happy and focused on enusring I was happy and got me out quickly . Great job on the car !
