I'm glad they didn't use after market parts like the other collision company some other parts that goes around the headlights where always loose and I thought that's the way it's was suppose to be until Gerber put a new bumper on and they where tight not moving thank you

What can I say besides the team here is on point! When I picked up my vehicle the blonde young lady was so excited to hear about my trip to Alaska, by the end of the conversation I invited her with us next time! She was so helpful when we went to the car the key battery was dead she offered to pay for a battery, but she also showed me how to get the key out! She was wonderful at the estimate and was just as wonderful at pick up! Keep up the good work.

Purchased my brand new car March 2025. My husband was cleaning it and noticed a gouge in the hood. I was so upset. Again a brand new car. We called our insurance company State Farm. They gave us 3 Collision companies to go to. Gerber was the last one we went to. Right from the start we got good vibes. Marty came out took many pictures. Looked at the entire car. He was so professional., and friendly. He explained in detail what the repair would involve. We decided to go with Gerber. We definitely made the right choice. The repair was done Beautifully. Chad and the team at Gerber Collision & Glass did a Wonderful job repairing the damage to my Honda Civic when I was rearended. They were courteous, friendly, spoke clearly, and did just what they said. Chad continuously sent messages letting me know what was going on and when he estimated the car would be ready. Also letting me know extra damage that we didn't see initially that was repaired. Thank You Chad and the team that did a wonderful job on my car!!

I stopped by today unannounced with my 2026 Range Rover, and I asked the young lady at the front desk for a estimate she stated she could take a look at it take a few pics and send it to me. But instead she came out took one look at and said I can do something even better and came back buffed my door and got everything out! I was shocked, she was so pleasant I tried to pay her and she wouldn't take my money! I hope she gets this and know I will send everyone I know to her. She was a delight!
