My vehicle was hit from behind and our insurance company recommended Gerber. From the first contact with them I felt very good about choosing them. The folks that answer the phone were very professional and responsive to my needs. Tom S. was my estimator. He was easy to work with and called me exactly when he said he would. They did everything they could to make the repair on my car but in the end they realized there was just too much damage and the car was a total loss. I appreciate Tom's honesty and integrity in first making sure the car would be safe to drive over just fixing it. These are good people. Thanks for everything.
