Tom S was efficient, competant, informative and great to work with. He made sure I understood the process, and delivered what he promised, earlier than expected. 1 day for a repair is unbelievable!! Madeline did a great job in making sure I had everything I needed, and explained all the paperwork. The actual repair was done expertly, and my husband and I are very happy with the results. The entire experience was a pleasant one. Thank you all for a job well done!! I will recommend this service to everyone I know.

From the beginning to the end service was fantastic, the staff were professional, friendly and very attentive to repairing my vehicle. Every effort was made to keep me updated through the process and to return my car in a timely manner. My collision repair was fortunately minor and less than my deductible. I was impressed that Gerber only order the necessary parts and again kept updated as to the parts needed. Hopefully I won't need their services again, however if I do, Gerber will be my choice. Thank you again to all the wonderful staff.

Excellent service. Megan A gave excellent estimate of what would need to be done for repair. When I said I needed something less expensive, she consulted with the collision dept. and was able to get the price down. They were able to repair it the same day. Also, the receptionist Dina is always friendly and helpful.

Everything about my experience at Gerber was perfect. The estimate was fair, the staff was friendly, and the work was SUPERIOR!! I appreciated the multiple updates I received on my vehicle especially since I was out of the country while my car was being repaired. The staff worked with me in any way that I needed. I hopefully will not need to use Gerber again, but if I do, I will gladly return!

I and my wife have had our vehicle repaired three different times and each time it has been done professionally and beyond our expectations. Bryan is always friendly and Courteous to us. He tells us what he expects to find and always keeps us up to date on when they expect to get the parts in to do the repairs, and when they expect to have the vehicle ready. We are very satisfied with Bryan and everyone at Gerber Collision and Glass.
