The hood of my 2018 Toyota Highlander was damaged in 2 areas by a sanitation truck and I felt that there would be some difficulty repairing it since there were creases, Robert (Estimater) assured me the hood would look like new and I picked up the car today and I was amazed and he was right. They have a wonderful staff from the minute you walk in until you leave with your car. Gerber Collision on Micco Road in my experience represents "Honesty, Integrity and Professionalism. I was and still am, amazed with the work and efficiency of the repair to my SUV!! Everyone who had a part in the repair was polite and patient. Even the car rental exchange was easy for me. William treated my car as though it was his own. (William was the Gerber rep assigned to oversee my vehicle repairs). When he realized the paint color didn't match perfectly, he had the painters redo the work to make sure it was an exact match. William kept me informed throughout the process until my car was ready to be picked up. He, along with the rest of the Gerber staff, was friendly and professional. They all made me feel like a valued customer. I would definitely recommend Gerber to anyone looking for a repair shop. It's a new facility. It's really clean. And it's indoors!!

This was my first auto insurance claim. A rogue male peacock had attacked the reflection it saw in the front headlamps of my relatively new auto and caused damage to the front of the car. Allstate told me it was covered under the comprehensive portion of my policy and recommended Gerber Collision, Cocoa for repair. "Sam C," the General Manager, was my estimator. Sam was friendly, courteous, and professional. It was a classic case of "Under Promise and Over Deliver." The Insurance $30/day rental coverage was totally inadequate. No worries - Gerber ("Brandi") gave me ride from the shop in Cocoa to my Cape Canaveral residence. Scheduled for completion on Wednesday - completed on Tuesday and the car was perfect. I strongly recommend Sam and her Gerber team. They over-deliver and make it a pleasant experience.
