I usually don't take the time to do reviews but definitely thought this was worth it, customer service was excellent!! Shabeer was the person who I was in contact with upon arrival and he walked me through everything. I had previously spoke to a lady named Jess she was very helpful and patient explaining everything to me and even setting up my appointment. When I arrived Shabeer talked with me and then another man Dwayne come and did the estimate and walked the vehicle thoroughly explaining everything to me. I thought it was very professional that they helped me all while explaining the process of what would take place next. Shabeer was in contact with me giving me updates on vehicle status. My experience with Gerber was awesome, they communicated every move, rather by phone or daily text to let me know the status of the vehicle. Jess made things very simple, I just handed them the keys and they took it from there. Customer services was excellent...

I am 100% satisfied with the work done by Gerber Collision in Tallahassee on Gilliam Lane. All of the employees there were very professional and courteous. Dominik went through my claim and the repairs step-by-step and kept me updated throughout the process. My truck came back looking better than before the accident and was finished 3 days earlier than estimated. I would recommend Gerber Collision to anyone - they did a fantastic job.

The efficiency in getting all aspects of my care repaired was amazing. Although my repair was not a major job , they treated as such. Great customer service from all. A side note: I haven't driven my car often since I picked it up. I noticed that there was a piece of tape underneath the car. I wasn't sure if was there from GC or I picked it up driving that day. Since I knew once I got down on the ground I would never get back up, I stopped at GC. He came out, very friendly and helpful and got on his knees and tore the tape off for me. So grateful. Customer service, no matter what. Thank you Gerber Collision for making that part of my day easy. Carlson B was one who helped from start to finish.
