Got our car back in time allotted and we were totally please with the repair. From start to finish, the entire crew were very professional but really down to earth friendly and it felt like dealing with family. Chris, our handler, could not have been better in keeping us informed on progress and wonderful on follow thur. The front office staff , Lead by Tanya was super in their jobs. Thanks also to the behind the scenes guys who made our car look perfect again. If you choose any other collision service on the market you are backing up and don't care about great service. The repair of my Jeep and the customer service was fantastic. Not only was my vehicle washes it was a real surprise that the inside was detailed. My 2017 Jeep has never been that clean all the way down to the floor mats. Workmanship, professionalism, status updates all exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend Gerger - Sebastian.

This Gerber location is a Class A service facility. From Kerri at the front counter, to Jonathan the estimater, to Rick the manager. Throughout the entire process from scheduling appts to the actual repair work performed by their service technicians each and every person was professional, friendly, courteous and kind. The actual cost was spot on the estimate and they went out of the way to do a bit extra. I wish we could clone these people to serve us at other establishments.
