Unfortunately someone hit my car on a parking lot, and I needed two doors replaced. Nick was my estimator on this one, and he was truly a pleasure to work with. He is very communicative, kind, and did an amazing job. Customer service at Gerber never fails to disappoint either. The phone is answered every time, and Erin at the front desk is very kind and helpful. My car looked brand new after the work was done, more work being done now - but I wouldn't go anywhere else. The Gerber location on Hibiscus is Fantastic!!!! Justin and his team are amazing, incredibly talented, honest and take pride in their work. I had work done on my 2018 Audi at another local shop and they did a horrible job, simply pathetic! I originally planned to bring to this shop, but long story and ended up at wrong Gerber. After the other shop screwed it up, i knew immediately where to go. Justin and team fixed my car to PERFECTION! This team at the Hibiscus location are great! They are from the old Craftmasters and many still there, no other place to go!! Many Gerbers around, this is the real deal!
