You have to understand that I am very meticulous about my car, it is a 2011 and it still looked like new before the accident. The accident happened in Georgia on Thanksgiving Day, and had my car hauled to Gerber Collision on Blanding Blvd. Orange Park for the repair work. My husband and I went to the shop and inspected the damage with Wendy, she noted everything that she seen and several items we pointed out to her. The car went in the shop and we were called Christmas Eve day to pick up the car. We inspected the car with the General Manager, Curtis, I was not satisfied; Curtis said that they would fix everything. Curtis kept us informed the entire time, both by phone and email. He even ran interference for us with the insurance company and the auto rental company, to allow to keep the rental car. We were called again on New Year's Eve ... that the car was finished. We inspected the car again with the General Manager and were surprisingly pleased with the work that was done. As I said I am very meticulous about my car and I am hard to please, however Gerber, with the assistance of Curtis; they did the impossible and please me! read more
