Russ was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful during the ENTIRE process. A huge helpful factor is the text message updates from beginning to end. Tracy was just as willing to help and very thorough! She looked even better than brand new (just as we took her in as new). Fatima's customer service as the front desk, could have been a little friendlier. Overall... we will most definitely ONLY use this location from here forward and will recommend this location specifically to our friends and family!
