This is the second time I've needed their services due to auto chips/dings created by careless others. I was quick to tell my insurance that I wanted only Gerber's services. Ashley, Micki, and Mathew should be the definition and faces of the words "Customer Service". They were quick to call, follow-up, set up rental, and deliver the most friendly, efficient, expeditious, and perfect outcome. Ashley provided extra future tips and recommendations. Getting into an accident is a very traumatic event. After my collision, no one was injured, All State took care of things within a couple of hours with people on the other end of the phone I could understand and who wanted to help me. They suggested Gerber as one of their trusted repair shops,and it was also near my home. I made an apt. For an estimate and they got me right in. The staff was very kind and thoughtful and answered all my questions. They also took the Covid precautions seriously, which I admired. After some discussion and the car being still quite drivable but crinkled all over one side, I left and they began to order parts. After 2 weeks, all the parts were in and I dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday it was done. Knock on wood, it looked better than new (it was almost new)!!! I was very impressed!
