All I can say is WoW i have known an been a long time satisfied customer of Rick E. he knows his job. well this is what happened last night during the horrible snow storm my whole windshield wiper arm broke basically making it near impossible to drive in this weather. Sent Rick a Message about my situation he knew I would be unable to make it to his location so he called a fellow Gerber Shop GM Ed that is located in my town and close to me. the two of them figured out a solution by working together as a team 2 managers working together to give a positive solution for the customer to get my car fixed Rick called ahead when I arrived Ed went above and beyond with outstanding customer service and problem solved Thank You Both for great service. And me back on the road Thank You Rick
