They made the drop-off a seamless experience, kept me informed every step of the way, and returned my car looking brand new (thanks to the auto body and cleaning/detailing folks there!) A big thank you to Rich who explained everything, ensured my rental was there the morning I dropped it off, and even opened my car door for me when my car was ready for pick-up. I stopped at Gerber Collision on 3800 Broadmoor Ave SE Kentwood, MI 49512. I just bought a new car and the 1rst time I drove it in my garage, I scraped the paint on the rearview mirror. Jason H. immediately met me. Not sure what he did, but within 5 minutes the scratch was gone. Best of all, he didn't make me feel stupid. My family always goes to Gerber and the service is always great! They do really good work!!
