While I was in a tantrum one of the estimators was trying to respond to me in a professional manner. I owe him an apology. Please remove my last review. In the past Gerber performed work on one of my other cars and did a great job.

Attentive and courteous staff kept us closely apprised of all stages of the extensive repairs done to our 2015 Honda CRV, after we were rear-ended in a heavy rain storm. Front Office, Parts, Body Shop, and Painting were all personable, helpful, and eager to help us. They are all good folks, and Gerber has excellent representatives in each of them. Oh. And by the way. Our car is now beautiful. We're very, very satisfied and appreciative customers.

Someone did a hit and run on the back door of my car in a parking lot. Since this was an insurance repair and would require paint, I decided to have some old (self-inflicted) damage to a front fender fixed at the same time. I'm almost glad that the car was hit so I was motivated to get it all fixed. The estimator, Robert E., was professional and careful and answered all my questions. I was given an estimate of 6 working days for the repair, but there was a delay in getting a part, so the computer auto-generated an revised pickup date of August 13. I was apoplectic when I called, but Chris explained about the auto text and said I could ignore the date. In addition, Robert left me a detailed message on my phone that I didn't get until the next day because my phone is useless about alerts that you have a call in the queue. And in spite of ... the parts delay, he got the car done and back to me on the original day promised. I couldn't be happier with my 2012 car that now looks brand new!! Thanks, Gerber. read more
