I came to Gerber after getting an estimate at another body shop. My first impression of the other body shop wasn't good. I met with David and he inspected the vehicle. David listened to me and explained everything. The insurance company did not want to pay for (2) OEM parts which was important to me. In my experience parts that aren't OEM aren't as well made. David went the extra mile and was able to get these (2) parts for us. He kept my wife and I in the loop as to the progress on the vehicle, which I appreciated very much. When we got the car back I noticed the rear sonar wasn't working and was throwing a warning light. I brought it back which was on a Friday around 3 o'clock. David got on it right away, which was nice. It was a Friday almost closing time. I'm a very detailed person both professionally and with my vehicles. This ... vehicle especially because my wife and kids travel in this vehicle often. David I want to thank you for all your hard work and effort with getting the job done. Paying attention to details is important and sadly is becoming a lost art. I'm thankful we went through Gerber Collision and thankful for having the opportunity to meet David. read more

Got a bumper replacement on our brand new car that was hit in a parking lot..bumper replacement went great..they replaced a small protective appliqué along with the bumper but it had air bubbles in it..they got a replacement appliqué and had it reapplied with no hassles..overall good experience

My Subaru went in after someone backed into my front end, took it in here for it to be fixed and would highly recommend this company. They had my Subaru for 10 business days and would get great updates from them stating what was happening and estimated time of finish. They got my car done a day prior to when estimated!
