After pretty much awesome service, Curtis has continued to be one of the most professional people I've ever met in helping me to resolve my issues. I think this may be costing a little more in after repair costs, but I promise that I'm telling everyone I know who has car problems to take their cars to your place.

Kacy was so wonderful the entire time my car was being serviced. I received daily texts and calls to inform me each step of the way and they had my car back to be well before their estimated deadline. With every business and service based industry experiencing difficult times and delays due to COVID, I was so thoroughly impressed with their speed and professionalism during a less than ideal time for myself without a vehicle. Our experience was beyond incredible. We had an unfortunate incident rather recently which gave us a recent comparative. Same vehicle, same insurance. A deer had hit our car. The professionalism, the courtesy, the consistent information noting the progress of our second incident was so assuring with Gerber. None of this could even compare with our first incident. Without question, Gerber in Ruskin, Fl is an outstanding auto repair company. We would unquestionably recommend them for service.

Kristen kept us update often on if our delivery date would be met. We had planned a vacation prior to having our car damaged, and didn't want to have to change the date. We were prepared to change, but we never had to. Kristen and the whole repair team worked diligently so we could have our car back on time. AND most important, our car looks perfect!
