This was my 1st time using Gerber body repair due to striking a deer, Evan the estimator that looked at my truck was very knowable and attentive to all my questions and concerns, dropped my truck off on a Monday evening for Tuesday start, Was told truck should be done by Friday evening, Let them know i was leaving on Vacation on Saturday and was hopeful to be able to pickup on Friday, throughout the week the text updates was something new to me and found them very helpful, So Thursday afternoon Evan called to say my truck was ready for pickup a day head of schedule, He walked around the truck with me, In the rain mind you to be sure I was totally satisfied, excellent workmanship with attention to detail. 110% satisfied & If needed I will be a returning customer.

I brought my car in for a minor repair and Chay S. helped me. He came right out to look at my car and offered to pull it into the back and try to buff out the marks right then. Within about five minutes he brought my car back and the marks were gone! He didn't charge me anything; I was so grateful for the quick service and kindness. Also, the woman at the front desk was very nice and friendly, both when I made my appointment and when I was there. I really appreciate the service she and Chay provided.
