My final bill was LESS than my estimate! When, if ever, have you had that happen? I had a rocker panel repaired on my BMW which entails having the doors open to access the area to be worked on yet I receivedd my car back with the interior as clean as when I dropped the car off. And I am meticioulous with my cars. I have been going to Gerber for years and would not think of going anywhere else. They are BMW experts, as well as any other cars they work on. Tiffany and Renee are the best at the front desk. Always smiling , friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They had my rental car ready to go when I arrived. Non of the strees usually associated with auto repair. Rob recognized me from his prior place of employment and greeted me. That's customer service! My car was finished when promised, washed (even buffed a scratch out of the hood) and ... waiting for me. Combined time for check in and check out less than five minutes. I wish I was treated this well everwhere. They truly appreciate your business. read more

I was very pleased with the service received from Gerber's. The agent explained exactly what would be done to repair my vehicle. Although it took several weeks to actually get the car in for service, the repairs were completed in 3 days. When I got the car back, not only was the bumper repaired but the interior of the car had been thouroughly cleaned. I was very surprised and thankful for the great job. I will definitely use this company again, if necessary and wouldn't hesitate to refer others.

I just found my folder from my repair work done here from my accident in January of 2021, I am just now writing because I want to let everyone know that Gerber Collision is the best place to take your vehicle after an accident or in need of any body work, my vehicle went in there looking like a total wreck and when they were finished the car looked brand new again like it was never involved in an accident, and there customer service was excellent they always kept me up to date on the repairs and just what was going on each day with my vehicle
