You were recommended by my State Farm agent. I was rear ended by a 16 yr. old. Allstate took care of the cost. Terri was fabulous in steering me in the right direction to get a rental. This should have been Allstate's job. I can't remember the gentleman's name that discussed the damage with me and the plan of action but he was very nice. The text updates were fabulous! I will definitely recommend Gerber to everyone. I hope to never need collision service again but if I do, you will be my first choice!

They worked with the insurance company and rental car company, doing all of the work for me and arranging the rental car company to even pick me up from their site when I dropped my car off to be repaired. Had hurricane damage repaired by Gerber collision in Louisiana several weeks ago, and they did a great job. But in driving home to Fort Myers from there, had a couple of minor issues pop up. Brought my SUV in to Gerber on Metro Pkwy and was helped initially by two very nice ladies at the front counter, and then was turned over to Ian. He took care of the problem immediately and a half hour later, I was on my way home. He turned a problem into a smile. I had an auto accident with a Progressive person covered by Progressive Ins. Company (It was finally determined that the Progressive insured was totally at fault.) I brought my 2007 :Lexis IS 250 to Gerber Collision and Glass in Downers Grove, IL. My estimator was Jim C. It was a difficult color to match, but Jim assured me they would match the paint. I brought the car in on October 8, 2021 and they had a rental car waiting for me. During the time it was in the shop Jim kept me posted every step of the way of their progress. I also had some scratches and bumps taken care of at my expense as well. The car was ready within 2 weeks, and I picked it up a week later . I was totally satisfied by the work done at that Downers Grove facility. My car looked brand new again! All of the employees were friendly and professional. Jim C. was very kind ... and professional. I would give him a ten as I was very satisfied by the way he made me feel confident in the repair work as it was being done. Thank you to everyone at that facility.
