As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted professionally and introduced to the estimator. Angel is very knowledgeable and had me an estimate in no time and as able to schedule me in the next week for repair. While my truck was there Angel kept up to date daily about the repair. I would highly recommend you to everyone.

Very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff at Gerber in Watertown. The gals at the front desk were super, doing what they could to make sure I did not wait long for service. Josh was very thorough through the estimate process and explained every detail of what he would be fixing and assured me that they would be looking for any further damage once my Traverse was in the shop and torn apart. They were able to get the approval of my insurance and scheduled the service promptly. I appreciated the text updates and was truly surprised on the cleanliness of my vehicle when I picked it up. Not only was the outside of my Traverse spotless, but the inside was detailed as well. What a great experience! I would absolutely recommend Gerber of Watertown to all of my friends and family!!

Gerber Collision and Glass is an amazing shop with a professional and courteous staff that guides you through the entire repair process. Our estimator Lynn was extremely helpful from the moment I dropped off our Ford Transit van from working with our insurance company and communicating throughout every step of the process. She was knowledgeable and responsive to any questions or concerns making the process a breeze. Also, would like to give a shout out to body technician, Jorge, who did an amazing job going above and beyond in repairing the damages. He even removed a few additional dents and dings along the way to make the entire side of the van look great. This is an amazing shop where they treat customers right, go here without hesitation!

I am so pleased with my wonderful experience at Gerber! Though it was hard having an accident, I knew from previous experience that my car was in great hands there. Everyone is so nice to work with, and they did the work in a timely matter. They were great with communicating with me as well. And the car looked amazing--it looked exactly as it did prior to the damage from the accident. It was also easy with arranging for a rental car--I was picked up at Gerber, and then I was able to leave the rental car at Gerber when I picked up my own car. Great experience!!!
