From the moment I stepped in at the consultation to the moment my car was ready to go -- the best customer service ever. Kent did a wonderful job explaining everything to me at all stages of the repair. He also went the extra mile (literally) by assisting me in the pick up of my car and returning the rental. I have been using Gerber for over 10 years. My experience has always been great. My car is returned back to me in excellent condition. The repairs look great and the inside and out are detailed. The staff is so friendly and you will always be informed on the progress of your vehicle. The location is great right off of route 100 and I was able to drop the rental off on location. I will recommened Gerber to everyone.

I would like to give a shoutout to the workmanship performed on our vehicle at this Gerber location. I am from Michigan but had an accident in Chicago and had no idea about repair shops. The car was eventually towed to this location for repair, and I must say we are completely satisfied with the work performed. We were kept up to date on the work being performed and the timeline needed. In the end we drove from Michigan to Illinois to pickup the vehicle and the car looked like brand new regarding the work performed. I would totally recommend this collision shop!
