I just wanted to inform that Irene did a great job with communication and ensuring everything was done on time. I hope there was a way for me to discard that Survey and re-take.

I needed repair on my car after my accident and this was the first time I used Gerber Collision. They kept me informed of the repairs to my car and were so professional. You could easily tell that customer satisfaction is their priority. The repairs on my car were perfect, and the Manager Matt explained everything to us without rushing so that we could ask any questions necessary. Everyone I spoke to there seemed to enjoy their job very much and enjoyed making the customers happy. I will always highly recommend them and I will continue to only use them in the future.

My recent experience saved me $700 after the skilled specialist saw the damage and realized he could just repair and not have to replace my bumper as originally planned. The employees were courteous. The appointment was moved up by 4 days from the original scheduled date. They finished in a shorter time period than originally discussed. I was lucky there was on more damage than they had planned on. The car was returned washed on the inside and outside. Would totally recommend them to others.
