EVERYONE I came in contact with, whether over the phone or in person, was amazing! I have no complaints whatsoever. This was my first experience with collision repair and it was absolutely painless with this staff. Melody was great from the start and continued to be extremely helpful with all my questions. George was very helpful and knowledgeable when he was accessing the damages upon drop off of my vehicle. Kacy was also very pleasant and kept me updated on what was going on with everything. Those 3 were the only ones I encountered and I'm sure that's how a good shop is supposed to run. The staff behind the scenes must be awesome too because I got my vehicle back on the initial promise date despite delay in receiving items. Way to go Gerber Collision & Glass of Mooresville, NC!!!
