A automobile accident is probably one of the most horrific things a person can experience. Especially if the automobile is only 2 days old. This particular Gerber Collision was absolutely the best. The General Manager dealt with me from start to finish, and their online update system was extremely helpful! And they emailed every few days with a status update as well. And any additional questions I had, all I had to do was call, and they answered every single question I had. Even because of the national parts shortages, they worked with me in getting my vehicle drivable so that I would not waste any of the limited rental car waiting on parts. They allowed me to get my truck back and had transportation, while they were waiting on all the parts to come in, so that I didn't burn up any additional rental days because my insurance limited me to ... only 30 days of rental. I could not recommend this Bodyshop and the team there more highly! They're efficient, professional, and 100% competent. When I showed up to pick up my vehicle, it was completely detailed inside and out and looked show room ready! This Bodyshop performed as if it was their own vehicle that was being repaired and treated me as if I was family. I took my car in to be repaired they told me two days which means three to four days. What a surprise I got it back the same day great job . The office receptionist was very polite and very through what a surprise it was like I was there only customer even though there body shop was full of vehicles. I would first like to say that the overall impression that I got and interaction that I had more than met my expectations. The factor was there and all aspects of my interaction. The ladies at the desk or very helpful courteous and professional. Dealing with Anthony as the initial contact for appraisal and follow up through the entire process was one of the most professional people that I've dealt with in any business. I appreciate the extra time he took to correct an issue that appeared after I had picked the car up a week later that was actually a result of the accident that didn't show up until the end. He was able to resolve this issue within 2 days. I would gladly and strongly recommend this location and the individuals associated with it included the general manager and Anthony and the young ladies at the front desk.
