Excellent quality of repairs - part replacement, body work, and paint all excellent. Original manufacturer parts were not readily available, so the option for after-market parts with my inspection and concurrence were offered and very much appreciated. Kacy provided frequent updates on repair status and expected completion date which was also appreciated. Gerber being a preferred provider by State Farm, the interactions between the three parties (me, Gerber and State Farm) were seamless. The estimated completion date was met and was actually a couple of days early. I would definitely use Gerber again for any future repairs.

The staff at Gerber Collision & Glass in Mooresville, NC were very efficient & actually got my truck in & had it taken apart & painted/parts replaced within 3-4 days of drop off. I wasn't suppose to get my truck back for nearly 2 weeks. Their friendly & knowledgeable staff will continue to get my business as well as I will recommend them to friends/family.
