Did a good job fixing up my car. Took longer then I initially had been quoted by Geico, but reception staff was very helpful when I called for updates. I wouldn't choose text updates because it wasn't very detailed and they weren't very reliable responsive. They also helped me get a discount on a rental car from Enterprise next door which was very helpful.

I would give Gerber Collision & Glass TEN STARS if I could. Everyone there was kind, attentive, reassuring, and professional in handling what I expected to be an unhappy situation for me. Covid, the last winter holiday season, short staffing for them, and the hit and run damage done to my SUV and no knowledge of a good repair service in town all left me in a more sour mood than I could imagine. But that was simply wasted energy on my part. My auto insurer listed Gerber among my options here in Champaign. With fingers crossed, I called them. What a relief! From the office staff to those who made my SUV look new again, I have never been treated better. My repairs were done as quickly as possible, they stayed in touch along the way, and I was back in the road, happier than ever. Awesome amazing customer service as usual. I had taken my car in 2015 to Gerber they were amazing. My insurance company suggested a different collision place. I was going to go with but then I was reminded of Gerber from 2015 & the great job & customer service they provided. Everything then & this recent visit went smooth & streamlined. Cathy & Patrick where amazing,kind honest & straightforward. Both keeping me updated on when to drop off car when to pick it up etc. This people are a prime example of the wonderful company that you have. I was amazed when I got my car how much the bumper matched the rest of the vehicle. They even cleaned the inside out. Trust me that car was filthy inside. At this moment I'm so trying not to make it as dirty thank you so much :-)

Rudy C. was excellent at communicating, even throughout delays due to supply chain issues. It says under job number "Dave C" so I'm assuming that's the technician that restored my car. He did wonderful work.. my car looks better than it did before the collision. It looks great and drives wonderfully. Five stars!
