I am amazed and grateful at the help I received today. I was on interstate travel, had a previous issue that had not yet been repaired, and my car suddenly was in trouble on I-95. I showed up early in the morning, with no appointment, hoping they might be able to provide a quick fix so I could continue my trip. So, to be clear, I was asking for a quick fix, and they knew I would not be using their shop for the full repair. First I saw Amanda, who was reassuring, kind, and knowledgeable. She then brought Chris out to take a look and see what he could do. He confidently and promptly mended my bumper so it would stay attached, was very reassuring and good-natured. They charged me nothing, wished me a good journey. Thanks to these good people, I was able to do so, all is well, and I'll be contacting Gerber in my home state.
