Kim (at the front desk) and Theresa (adjuster) were fantastic. They took excellent care of me and my vehicle and made sure to keep me informed of the status. Even though USAA sent me automated messages that kept me informed, Kim went the extra mile and called me to make sure my expectations for completion were in line with the actual shop's timeline, since USAA might not have had all of the same knowledge of my car's status that she had which also gave me the opportunity to ask questions from an actual human! When I thought my mother had dropped her driver's licence in the car, Theresa took the time to look for it, which I really appreciated. Getting into a car accident was not part of my plan. I am very busy with work and with life in general and I was not looking forward to the extra headache with dealing with insurance companies. My truck was towed to Gerber Collison which was nearby where my accident happened and I am so lucky that is who I had as my collision repair service. They are polite and easy going to work with. I felt like they understood what I was going through and tried to make things easier for me. Communication was on going and constant, I always knew what was happening and understood the timeline. The lady was so nice/kind and she comforted me as my brand new car had been hit 8 days after purchasing. My car was fixed so extremely fast in less than a week! My car was just the way i left it when i got it back. The customer service was phenomenal and I would most definitely recommend to all. Overall wonderful experience!

Daniel C. is very nice and friendly, he kept me updated on what was going on with my car, when the body work was finished and i picked up my car he made sure to talk me through the after care process and made me feel comfortable to come back in the future if ever needed for body repairs. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly from the moment I came in for an estimate. After reviewing everything, they quickly scheduled a convenient time for me to drop off my pickup and were very accommodating throughout the process. Got hit by uninsured motorist, thought it would be a nightmare. Our insurance recommended Gerber and although reluctant to take where insurance suggested, we read good online reviews so took it there and are glad we did. Insurance contacted Gerber who contacted us same day. Took it in for estimate, Krystal told us two weeks. Took it in 3/18 picked up 4/1. Everyone very professional and they kept in touch by email and phone with status. Dealt with Brie, Krystal, and Kurt . They did a great job!
